I was told I’m too sensitive, often crying for stories of faraway lands and fictional words. But wearing my heart on my sleeve was a mistake I failed to understand.
My craving for human connection and curiosity for authentic conversations drove me to learn 6 languages, and fly across 3 continents
– to San Francisco, where I now design products for the human experience.
My practice finds meaning in helping people live a little better – in purposeful interactions that serve practicality and push pleasure forward.
Community engagement and collaboration are integral to my growth as a person.
This means volunteering, and participating in design conferences, sprints, and group projects, to build my knowledge and connect with like-minded people.
I was an attendee at Config 2023! Here’s a short write-up about my experience.
My class and me, along with our professor, Jess Wen, posing for a group picture.
Here’s my team and I at the CCA Studio Forward x Google Design sprint, presenting our work to the panel of judges from Google’s Design team and the Dean of Design at CCA.
Besides design, I also enjoy…
Sipping my morning coffee (and my DIY poor latte art), spending too much time on Duolingo, and spontaneously traveling.
